Heal Your Inner Critic:
A Guide to Self Compassion
This workshop is designed to help participants recognize and transform their inner critical voice into a supportive and compassionate one. Through reflective journaling, guided meditation and restorative yin yoga postures, clients will learn how to connect more lovingly with themselves and alleviate anxious, critical thoughts.

Polyvagal Theory:
A Guide to Healing
This workshop is designed to help participants understand and utilize the principles of Polyvagal Theory to enhance their emotional and physical well-being. Clients will develop insights into how the nervous system influences our reactions to stress and trauma, and will teach somatic techniques to promote self-regulation, safety, and connection
Managing Stress:
A Guide to Balance
This workshop is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive approach to understanding and managing stress. Through a combination of mind-body practices and reflective exercises, participants will learn to recognize their stressors, cultivate mindfulness, and develop personalized strategies for long-term well-being.
Poetry + Restorative Yoga:
A Guide to Heart Opening
A transformative workshop designed to help you discover self connection and healing through poetry. Clients will be lead through a series of heart opening restorative postures to encourage and open mind and emotions followed by creative writing.

Self-Care for Caregivers:
A Guide to Self Love
This workshop is for those who dedicate their time and energy to caring for others. Caregivers will be provided with tools and techniques to nurture their own well-being, foster self-compassion, and prevent burnout. Through mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, and practical strategies, participants will learn to care for themselves with the same kindness and compassion they offer to others.

A Guide to Relaxation
Need a break? Encourage wellness for your group with a quick virtual meditation that will soothe the mind and body into relaxation and balance. Online only.
