This 1:1 program offers a direct approach to developing coping skills that will help you manage the impacts of chronic stress and every day challenges.  Mindfulness-based tools have expansive benefits that will improve relaxation, focus, resilience and emotional regulation so you can experience relief, balance and presence.  Each session will provide a safe space for individualized support, education, skill building and practical tools to practice at home.

What To Expect:

Week 1: Mindfulness Skills

  • Gather insight into what is causing and maintaining stress

  • The science of mindfulness based skills

  • Awareness of breathing

  • Mindful body scan practice

Week 2: Body Awareness

  • Exploration of previous weeks practice

  • Understanding stress responses in the body

  • Developing insight into nervous system states

  • Mindfulness tools to anchor in safety

Week 3: Self Compassion

  • Exploration of previous weeks practice

  • Understanding our internal dialogue around stress

  • Self compassion journaling prompt

  • Meditation for moving through difficult emotions

Week 4: Sustainable Changes

  • Exploration of previous weeks practice

  • Reflecting on course information

  • Creating a plan to sustain your practice
