This 1:1 program offers a direct approach to developing coping skills that will help you manage the impacts of chronic stress and every day challenges. Mindfulness-based tools have expansive benefits that will improve relaxation, focus, resilience and emotional regulation so you can experience relief, balance and presence. Each session will provide a safe space for individualized support, education, skill building and practical tools to practice at home.
