Coaching sessions are for people looking for specific tools to improve wellness.

All sessions are 1:1 over the course of four weeks.  Together we'll explore a variety of practices, from mindful meditation and somatic awareness to lifestyle and gentle movement tailored to help you reconnect and discover a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself.​
