This program is designed to help individuals with ADHD develop holistic and somatic skills to enhance focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Combining mindfulness practices, body-based techniques, and practical strategies, this course will provide tools to manage ADHD symptoms in a compassionate and sustainable way. Participants will learn to connect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and create supportive routines that align with their unique needs.

  • Journaling on emotional triggers and somatic responses

  • Meditation for moving through difficult emotions and impulses

Week 3: Focus and Attention

  • Exploration of previous weeks practice

  • Techniques for improving concentration

  • The role of lifestyle in supporting focus

  • Grounding technique to stay present

  • Creating a plan to sustain your practice
