Who I am:
Hi there! I'm Kris, a licensed therapist passionate helping people reconnect authentically and lovingly with their mind, body and lives. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I hold certifications in yin yoga, nutrition for mental health, mindfulness, and social-emotional arts. I’ve had the privilege of leading international workshops, publishing wellness articles, and developing curriculums on therapeutic mindfulness and holistic health.

I got into this profession because I believe therapy has the power to create a more loving world. I believe this because I've witnessed hours and hours of beautiful, life-altering growth within my clients, and also because I've been in the client seat. Therapy not only facilitated a more authentic, centered version of myself, but created a positive ripple effect on the world around me. And that felt like something to live by.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy taking long hikes, reading poetry, writing music and hunting down vintage guitars!
Who I help:
I offer resources to people navigating challenges like anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem, chronic illness, complex trauma and life transitions.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ celebratory, neurodivergent affirming and culturally inclusive. All are welcome with love.
What I do:
I take a holistic approach to mental health, blending traditional talk therapy with mind-body practices. Together, we’ll engage in meaningful conversations to gain deeper insights into your unique experiences and patterns, while also developing practical tools to navigate intense emotions. We’ll explore family history, attachment styles, core beliefs, and daily stressors to help you make more informed decisions about the challenges in your life. Alongside traditional therapy, I incorporate mindfulness, breath-work, yin yoga, somatic embodiment, and nutritional guidance for mental health. ​

My approach to therapy is compassionate and flexible, ensuring we work in a way that resonates with your unique needs. I’m here to hold a loving, supportive space and offer guidance as needed, helping you feel empowered to uncover what works best for you and create long term, sustainable change.
